Our team's background includes senior operating management experience as well as extensive venture investment experience. In addition, our internal resources are enhanced by our network of relationships with operating executives and investment partners from successful companies in previous portfolios.

Allegra works closely with portfolio companies to achieve the goals incorporated in their business plans. We do not take a direct role in the operations of a company but typically have one Allegra partner serve as a director and primary contact between the company and our team. We utilize our extensive network of relationships with operating executives from previous portfolio companies, our access to other financial organizations and our relationships with potential strategic partners to enhance the value of our investments for the benefit of all involved.
